A nicely updated kitchen opens to a large dining room with seating for 6 guests. Adjacent to the dining room is a spacious living room centered around the fireplace and large 55" HD TV with views of the Atlantic Ocean! Comfortably accommodating 6 guests, there are 3 bedrooms with two master suites, one upstairs, and one downstairs, both with King sized beds. The third bedroom has 2 Twin sized beds.  The private pool offers a spacious patio area perfect for poolside fun.

This wonderful vacation rental is in the perfect location on St. Simons Island to walk to restaurants, shopping, and only steps from the beach! Located less than 1 mile from the St. Simons Village, Neptune Park, Pier, and Lighthouse.

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants. Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc are not permitted.

Up to 2 dogs are permitted with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.

Pool can be heated for $30/day with a minimum 24 hour notice
