Welcome to Beach Please! You’re just steps away to your relaxing SSI vacation. This beautifully renovated condo is located in Beach Club, an oceanfront resort community. Enjoy all the amenities including oceanside saltwater pool, hot tubs, business center, fitness center, grilling area and tennis/pickleball court. Walk along the beach through the private beach access and to local favorite restaurants. Beach cart, 2 beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys and cooler are provided during your stay.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers and The Cottage Coffee Shop at The King and Prince.
Included amenities are a fitness center, tennis/pickleball court, grills and outdoor tables, a large saltwater pool, business center, kiddie pool & 2 hot tubs. 2 beach chairs are included to use during your stay. Additional chairs/umbrellas can be rented on the beach.

Note: This is a pet-free rental due to HOA regulations. This rental is located on the top floor - 4th with easy access to the elevator. Covered parking and luggage carts are available on the ground floor.
Parking notes: Parking in parking garage, passes required. Guest needs to go to Beach Club Main Office and get parking passes (2 Max) and pool access wristbands. Bike and Golf cart parking available.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
We are a short walk to restaurants, shops, yoga studio and a quick bike ride to Pier Village.
What to expect in your unit: -Linens (bath towels & bed sheets) are provided -Starter supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towel and trash bags are provided. Any additional supplies needed during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest. -Security camera details: ring camera at front door. -No pets are allowed in this unit per HOA rules- reservation will be cancelled without refund and a minimum $250 fine will be charged. -No smoking of any kind is allowed in the home, on the balcony, or on the property in general.
