Bright, newly updated 3 BR 2 BA condo - Walk to Pier and Village!

Discover the serene beauty of St. Simons Island in this newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath condo! Located within the Harbour Oaks Community, this quiet neighborhood is adjacent to Mallery Park and within walking distance of St. Simons Pier/Village. The gated community amenities include a pool, tennis courts, and a fitness room. You will love the beautiful grounds and lagoon view from our second-floor porch.

Our condo comfortably sleeps 6-7 people. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third has a double bed and a chair that pulls out into a twin/single bed (which would probably be best for kids). The kitchen is brightly updated with all the necessities, and we have two cozy living areas with (non-sleeper) sofas. We have a brand new coffeemaker that allows you to make both a single cup (Keurig) or a full pot. The dining area easily seats 6 people. The two bathrooms are also freshly renovated with tiled walk-in showers and stone countertops. The unit is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry soap.

Harbour Oaks is in an ideal location adjacent to Mallery Park. You can walk to the Pier Village and Lighthouse in less than half a mile. You are also close to some of the best restaurants and shops, the beachfront park, Splash Zone, and mini golf. East Beach is a short drive away.

Condo was just as described. Immaculate and all amenities provided (our only wish was that there was a gas grill. Location was central to everything. Loved it!

Visiting our son stationed at Ft. Stewart
Our son is stationed at Ft. Stewart. St. Simons Island is close enough for him to travel to and it was a wonderful place to visit! The condo was lovely and we enjoyed the island very much. We could walk to the village and the pier. The condo is clean and well appointed. I have stayed in many VRBOs so here are things that I appreciate: 1) the kitchen had everything I needed to be able to cook "at home". Eating out is fun but it's nice to be able to grab some meals at home and enjoy just relaxing. 2) I always appreciate having some basics like hand soap, dish detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper, etc. I was very pleased to have all of that upon arrival. 3) Lots of towels! And, we even had beach towels!! Some places that I have stayed have been kind of skimpy on towels. There were plenty for all three of us and they were nice. And having beach towels was definitely a plus. 4) There was a pool available but we never made it to the pool so I can't really comment on that. 5) I did have to contact the owner about the entry code (yes, it was user error!) She was readily available and very nice and helpful. My only suggestions would be maybe to have a Keurig and a new mattress in the master bedroom. The mattress sags to the middle. We visited the lighthouse museum and the WWII museum. Both both very interesting. The view from the lighthouse is worth the climb. We did drive to Savannah one day. Mass at the Cathedral was great. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. My husband’s only complaint is that we didn’t have access to live tv to watch the Braves games. But it was clean and had plenty of towels, which is always a plus!

This condo had everything we were looking for. Updated, community pool, walking distance to the pier and restaurants. We were very comfortable while staying here with my parents and two small kids. Host was very responsive if we had any questions. We would love to come again.
