This magnificent custom home is one of our many vacation rentals in East Beach on St Simons Island, completed in 2017 and has been showcased on the 2018 Christ Church Tour of Homes. Featuring 5 bedrooms and 5-1/2 bathrooms, this designer home will wow you from the moment you step inside. With its sophisticated beachy décor, extended height 11' ceilings throughout and the open living floor plan, this is the perfect place to relax during your stay on St. Simons. Located on the beach side of Bruce Drive between 9th St. and 11th St., this home is just a short walk to the beach.

The centerpiece of the home is the gourmet chef's kitchen, and no detail has been forgotten. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and utensil you will need during your stay. Featuring an oversized built-in refrigerator/freezer, gas range, two dishwashers, and an iconic large island space with space for four to eat or snack. The dining space has an expansive dining table with room to comfortably seat 10 people. Adjacent to the kitchen is a living space and wet bar for all of your entertaining needs. Enjoy all of the comforts of home while you relax on the oversized custom furniture and watch the large flat screen tv.

Step outside from the living room and enter the outdoor entertaining space of the Lanai. The outdoor kitchen is the perfect space to relax poolside at the large island and grab a cool beverage from the full-size refrigerator. A pool bath is conveniently located in the Lanai with quick access to the pool. Adjacent to the Lanai is wonderful sunroom featuring a towering fireplace and television. This area creates the perfect space to kick back and relax while enjoying the custom detail of the exotic pecky cypress wood ceiling from the large sofa.

As you exit the Lanai, you step down into your private pool area which is perfect for all members of your party. The pool features an 8" deep entry area with an in pool umbrella offering a wonderful place to lounge or for the little ones to play. The opposite side of the pool will relax all who indulge as you sit on the 6 foot in-water bench under the waterfall. Lounge chairs, dining area and extra seating areas surround the pool to ensure you can find ultimate sun and fun anytime. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional $45 / night for year round enjoyment!

The first floor spacious Primary Bedroom Suite offers all the comforts and features that one would hope for. A king bed is surrounded by two sitting areas and a large flat-screen television. The en suite primary bathroom showcases a spa like décor with double vanities, free standing soaking tub, oversized custom shower and a walk-in closet.

Upstairs spotlights another living space surrounded by a porch overlooking the pool, a coffee/beverage station and four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms to allow for perfect privacy for your entire group. Included in the four upstairs bedrooms is a one-of-a-kind bunk room with custom bunk beds suited to sleep six. The nautical themed bunk room is perfect for the kids and even includes a reading nook play area with books, and games!
