Not as advertised or what we Booked
Our room was given away because there was problems with the room they put us in. Booked room 204 put in 202 heard all this while waiting to check in. Found out it was the air conditioning unit, when I went up to ask about getting it looked at I was told the repairman was supposed to have came that day but did not show up and should be here the next day (did not happen), I asked for a fan and was originally told they did not have one by the desk but the cleaning lady brought me one. When they brought us into the room lights and switches did not work and we were told they would come by to repair (again this did not happen). No service while we were there as the cleaning lady said she was afraid of our dog, I asked her to bring me some towels to exchange for the used ones (this did not happen either). The free breakfast had old cereal in an open bin with no way to get it out, no bowls to put it in if you got it out by hand, and no milk, there were some muffins if you got there early enough, when we asked for the staff to bring us some items we were told they would but after waiting for 15 minutes no one ever showed back up. The parking was very difficult and most of the limited spaces in the complex during the day were taken by the workers, this made a difficult situation even more complicated. We were supposed to have a room with a large double balcony as shown in the pictures, had a small half balcony. The room was laid out comfortably and was close to the public beach access.
