Oceanfront Condo Perfect for Couples & Friends!
Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.
All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.
Beach Club 232 features tile flooring in the common area, an upgraded kitchen with kitchen, and complimentary in-room high speed internet service. Beach Club 232 offers a partial ocean view from the balcony.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

Great girls weekend!!
3 days stay with 4 friends. Location was very nice with beach and pool access. We were able to get an Uber to the Village 2 nights.
Area felt very safe.
Condo was so cute. Loved the bright colors and all of the decor.

Not as comfortable as it should be.
The air conditioner was not working properly and we were miserable until it was fixed. Once reported it was fixed quickly and a new thermostat had to be installed. Living room sofa and chairs were not comfortable. The sofa bed was impossible to sleep on but the king bed was comfortable.

As pictured.
This property fit our needs. Overall it was clean and adequate and conveniently located. The interior is dated and the furniture could use an update. A wicker rocking chair doesn't make a great couch IMO! Also, the kitchen table was missing 1 chair. The kitchen has the basics and appliances worked fine.

A Peach of a Place
We were very happy to stay at this location . All that you need for a vacation is readily available including the nice kitchen , washer/dryer , 2 bedrooms and baths and lots of stores and places to eat , the pool is awesome and of coarse ...the beach , beautiful...

Loved St. Simons
The property is charming and clean - it felt like home from the time we walked through the door. Has everything that you need in the kitchen. The property is in a great location with great beachfront. Other guest staying in this complex were very nice. Parking in the garage is tight - accommodates cars better than SUV class vehicles. We were concerned about the air-conditioning - however, the unit has a lot of glass on the outside wall and all curtains were pulled open when we arrived. We closed the curtains and dropped the air and it cooled off. I would advise leaving the curtains closed when out of the unit and during the time of day when the unit collects full sun especially in July. We would stay here again.

Condo right on the beach
Great location and beautiful, homey condo. Comfortable master suite, and condo is ROOMY enough for entire large family. Could use a little cleaning in the master bathroom. Mildew above the bathroom shower stall on the ceiling. Otherwise, GREAT!!
