Hodnett Cooper proudly presents this lovely St. Simons Grand condominium. With three bedrooms, three baths, and beautiful furnishings throughout.
Enjoy spectacular ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master suite. This condominium is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three generously sized bedrooms.
Community amenities include gated access, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
Grand #126 is located on the first floor above parking, and offers private steps from the balcony to the courtyard, beach and pool.
This location offers streaming services only, no traditional cable.
Pets under 35 pounds are accepted with a $150 pet fee.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Sets of Twin Bunk Beds with Twin Trundle, 1 Sleeper Sofa

All about the view
End unit on the beach with stairs up to balcony. This is key for this complex. Unit looks really nice but it’s tired and needs new sofas, beds, and especially bedroom carpets!

Perfect Beach Getaway
Condo was so nicely decorated, comfy and clean...and the view was over the top...Love the first floor easy access to cars and front entrance & exit...Just a great stay!!!
Landscaping is beautiful too...the green St. Augustine grass just sets off the beach.

Great place to stay at the beach!
This condo was great for a family stay! Really quiet unit. The stairs to the back patio were convenient for accessing the beach, pool, and parking area as well as taking out the dogs for a walk. We were able to park directly below the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The listing pictures accurately depict the condo.
It would have been a 5 star review if the unit was cleaner and the beds were more comfortable. The floors were noticeably dirty and in need of a deep cleaning. The mattresses were old and well used. The outdoor patio furniture was also dirty and beginning to grow mold.

Great Location and Layout
No issues that project management didn't fix. The ice machine at the wet bar needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The mold growth on the inside of the machine was unhealthy. Regular PM on this unit will keep people from getting sick. I have a picture of the growth if you need proof.
