Oceanfront Condominium with Great Amenities

Hodnett Cooper is pleased to offer this remodeled and updated condominium, completed in June of 2022. Located at the St Simons Beach Club, this luxurious two-bedroom, two-bath unit is on the top floor (4th) and includes wonderful views of the ocean from the decks outside the living room and bedrooms. Remodeled structural highlights include completely new bathrooms, granite countertops, resurfaced ceilings, new hard surface wood like flooring throughout and new upgraded appliances. All living spaces were professionally designed and will make you feel right at home.

The uniquely designed Master Bedroom Suite enjoys a custom-designed walk-in closet with plenty of cabinets and seating along with an oversized King-Size bed. The Master Bathroom features a large walk-in shower with spa-like shower heads.

The guest bedroom has custom built Full-size over Queen-sized beds and a build in closet with lots of drawers and shelving. A ship-lap wall sets off the room. The second bathroom enjoys a dramatically designed glass and tile enclosed shower and tub.

This Condo is ideal for 4 adults and 2 kids or any combination thereof.

Beach Club amenities includes a large, newly remodeled oceanfront swimming pool. There is also a separate children's pool, and two secluded hot tubs. Additional conveniences include direct beach access, barbecue grills, a tennis court along with a fitness and business center. Secure covered parking.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

Beach Chair and Umbrella rental services are available in front of the property.

Property summary

Overall we enjoyed our stay, however, parking was very tight and limited. Rental communication ran late. Received check in instructions the day of and received recommendations on restaurants/activities mid day the first day. Had we waited for that it would have been too late to secure a dinner reservation.

Nice property. Lousy Master bed

This is older property that is nicely kept. The location is great and you will have a restful time here. The parking is very tight. The only two negatives are that there is no recycling, and the master bed is so hard that you cannot get a good night's sleep. Earlier reviews mentioned this and I even called manager about making sure a mattress pad was provided. There was a mattress cover, but the top was barely the thickness of cardboard. It's unfortunate because what could have been a great stay turned into only average.

Good for the money

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Close to elevator so it was easy to get to the car. Definitely needs a new mattress or mattress topper. Otherwise nice place to stay.

Great family condo

Our condo was clean, towels soft and fluffy, and plenty of dishware and cooking supplies to make meals. Location was walking distance to a few nice restaurants and a quick drive from everything else. The beach was perfect with the huge tida pool for small children to explore safely. I removed one star because the king bed was not very comfortable and both my husband and I tossed all night but location is perfect!

FUN in the sun!

Unit was nice and property was clean and well maintained. Beach was a little wackey ( hike to get to ocean edge) but after dredging is complete this fall that should be rectified. Over all very nice first Georgia beach experiance.

First time to SSI

This property was great! It suited the needs of our 4 person family very well. Loved the location and the fact that it was right on the beach. The pool was nice and never over crowded. Everything was well kept and clean in the room. Information needed for our stay was provided in a timely manner. No issues at all with accessing the property or the room. This was the perfect experience for my family as our first trip to SSI. We will be coming back and using this property again!

Lovely vacation spot

Lovely beach, pool and condo! Just as pictured. Sunrises beautiful (bring a coffee mug if you like a big cup for your coffee) No plastic glasses in condo for pool area so bring those too. Loved the location!
