Great Property!

Nice home on a quiet street that is centrally located to everything on the island and super close to the beach. The home was clean, spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would happily stay here again!

St Simons get-away

Wonderful time at St Simons!! Very clean and comfortable place. Ideal location. Loved the short distance to the beach. Rental had everything we needed...even for our beach trips. Loved the wagon to haul all of our stuff down. Bike path is steps away also. Will definitely stay here again!

The Tree Tops condos also offer far more space than you'll find in most SSI rentals.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tree Tops 1517 is a great place to stay. The three story layout allows plenty of space for several guests. It is also conveniently located near the beach. The 3rd floor master suite and 2nd floor living areas are well furnished and in wonderful condition. The bathroom on the 1st floor needs to be remodeled. Overall,a great place to stay!
