You’re 167 feet from Live Oak Tavern, 0.1 miles from Starbucks, and a short walk to Ziggy’s, Ember, Southern Soul BBQ, and everything else that makes the south end hum.
Inside, the floor plan is open. The den spills into the dining room. The kitchen works exactly the way it should. Modern, yet comfortable—and when you settle into the sofa, that’s the kind of thing you’ll notice.
