"Our stay at Villa C‑308 genuinely exceeded expectations. The views were stunning, especially the sunsets, which we made a point to enjoy every evening. Although we knew the villa had two floors, we didn’t realize each level had its own balcony. That discovery became one of the highlights of our trip. We loved spending time on the spacious main‑floor balcony, then retreating to the bedroom balcony at night to chat about our day while taking in the gorgeous scenery. The condo itself appears to have been recently renovated, with newer furniture that was in great condition. The only hiccup was a hot water heater that went out on our last morning, just before we left for the airport. Even then, the owner was impressively responsive, reaching out within about 20 minutes at 6 a.m. The location was far enough away from crowds, but convenient to towns. A coffee shop, pizza place, beach bars, and Salt restaurant were all just a two‑minute walk away, whether you took the villa sidewalks or strolled along the beach. The nearest town with several restaurant options was only a 2–3 minute drive. The pool was also lovely and looked recently renovated. The property itself is beautiful, with simple, intimate, quick weddings happening almost daily along this stretch of beach. The jetty was another favorite spot—perfect for a peaceful, scenic walk. We had planned to snorkel on St. John but wish we had made time to snorkel Sapphire Beach as well. This was a great 20th Anniversary Trip."

"Staff was wonderful, the view was incredible. Very charming hotel with a resident cat that my son was quite obsessed with and took naps with us in our room. The location is not walkable to anywhere, we had to take taxis to and from downtown anytime we wanted to leave, which is quick and easy just adds up if you’re budgeting. The food and the vibe in the restaurant is fantastic. My only tiny complaint is the walk to the lower villa entrance. A winding path with stairs that is a little dirty and stinky (you pass the back of the kitchen). The other walkways were well tended to, it was just this one for some reason. But a very spacious villa with a huge balcony!"
