“The owner responded quickly to any questions which arose. Check-in and check-out were easy. The view from the balcony is wonderful. It is a very steep and windy road to the place. Glad we arrived during daylight. This was our first time to St. Thomas and we did not know how mountainous it is. If renting a car, make sure to get one that can make it up the mountains. You'll need a smaller vehicle (not SUV) to park at this place. Pros: view, neighbors who lived nearby were friendly,……

“A beautiful location with a nice view of the ocean to the north out the living room window. The process of getting into the house was straightforward, although be aware that the entrance was the second door (with the padlock). Also: The roosters say “good morning!””

“This room was absolutely perfect for my stay in St Thomas. It had everything I needed and was convenient to all the places I had to visit during my stay. A short walk to the beach, plenty of very good on site restaurants, nice pools, incredible views every day. As far as the room the bed was comfortable. It had a nice big TV, small kitchen with big frig, blender and Pod Coffee maker. I liked that they even supplied snorkeling gear, coolers, beach chairs, sunscreen lotion, bug spray, aloe and……

“Communication not so clear on address , making our find a little complicated. We didn’t get to spend much time in our place, had an only a 1 night stay and lots to cover. ”
