“Amazing staff”

“Pools are beautiful, rooms are looking a bit dated. Staff lacks in customer service mentality.”

“The room was terrible , there wasn’t any water in the hotel and the roof was leaking.”

“When booking on Expedia your room is booked as an average stay. This means you cannot upgrade or change your room. Room 308 was clean. However, it had a strong musty, cat urine smell. We did not complain, we just went and bought lysol and sprayed every day. We were on the bottom floor and could not change the room. But now we know the room types Expedia will give with their so called package deals.”

“The view was amazing. The open air restaurant view was wonderful although I only had the included breakfast which was OK. I believe I stayed in the smallest room which I do not recommend unless aesthetics doesn't mean much to you. The room was very small, no place to relax except the bed and the shower/bathroom was awkward. Bring mosquito repellent.”

“The front desk staff on check in tried to charge us when we had bought a package through Expedia. She was not kind our compassionate nor did she foster any connection to us at check in. We alerted the front desk about fecal material in the pool and on the pool deck. The poop on the pool deck could be clearly seen from our hotel window and in spite of alerting the front desk staff both by phone and direct conversation at front desk it remained on pool deck until our check out. Our room did not……

“Parking is very limited, some outlets did not work in room, hot tub did not heat, room size and layout was 5 star. Restaurant and staff were very pleasant. Very close to Red Hook (shoppong, Restaurants, grocery store, ferry terminal). ”

“Wonderful property with amazing views, cute rooms, pool and very friendly and helpful hosts. Walkable to the Ferry Terminal and 5 minutes in taxi to airport. Perfect for a long stay or just to add on the beginning and end of a BVI charter week”

“Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. ”

“The owners are very helpful and super friendly. The courtyard garden is a great place to view birds and anoles. The view from the pool deck is beautiful.”

“Staff was very kind. Upon arrival, there was no power. After waiting an hour the power was on the duration of my stay. There are some improvements needed on the grounds. It seems to be very outdated and old. Overall, I had a decent stay, and the view was spectacular. ”
