“3rd time visiting and I can't wait to go back. The staff really make you feel welcome here. I don't mind the Italian restaurant is closed, I preferred the food at the buffet. The people working the breakfast and dinner shifts are the best! Carla, Devenica and more who I'm sorry I didn't get your names! Dinner was always so good. In the mornings I was always greeted with a "good morning" & bacon, eggs, fruits & more. The coffee shop next door always made my coffee perfectly in the morning! Mickey……

“Right next to the beach, clean rooms, close to the airport, planes don’t run at night so that didn’t bother us any. I’d deffinetly stay here again!”

“Stayed here with a friend and i will rate it a 7/10 .. cleanliness could be a better with receiving a semi dirty room. .. from my knowledge there’s no big breakfast but they provided muffins , coffee and lemon water . .. there’s a bar that’s supposed to open at 3 but it can opened at later times depending on the workers (the latest 6:45) and it closes at 9 .. staff was very nice , upgraded my room & places I can go near for either food/ toiletries or nightlife. I love the view with my balcony……

“Air conditioning unit was noisy. Had to sleep with the television on to drown out noise. Staff at hotel was courteous and friendly. Hotel is in dire need of an update.”

“Booked a city view room…it faced the hotel parking lot and the back of the mall (4th floor). The room was clean, I did not use housekeeping. The hotel for the most part was clean despite stains on the outside couches that face the harbor. Breakfast was not good at all. I took a few boxes of cereal. When checking in the young ladies who worked mornings were nice and polite. The young ladies who worked afternoon/evenings were not as welcoming. I notice non black guests were tended to more and……

“My room was filthy and had to be changed, the Italian restaurant was not available and that was one of the reasons why I booked that particular resort. The hot tub wasn’t working properly and it was full of bugs. There was only one bar and the food wasn’t very good.”
