“We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay at the Ritz Residences in St. Thomas. Literally every staff member was lovely, the residence’s 3 bedrooms were an ideal setup for our family, the pools, beaches, restaurants, and other amenities were all wonderful. The first vacation in a while where nobody wanted to leave! There was an issue with a power outage one day, where the generator also failed, but that seemed to be an island problem, not a property one. We heartily recommend this place and……

“Clean property, but not much to do there. Lovely beach connected to the property and ability to snorkel or kayak, but the boats in the way took away from the beach feel for me…and the food was not worth the cost at all.”

“Be sure to clarify what specific room you are getting prior to your trip. Ours what not the same level of quality as the one we had expected. And after a couple days of investigating we realized there was bat droppings falling on our bed and they were unable to move us to another room until whole 24 hours later. We had to rearrange the furniture to move the bed to a "safe zone" to sleep. All of it was unfortunate. The kid the front desk tried to be helpful, but wasn't really able to do……

The night before my departure I wanted to enjoy my lasts few hours night swimming with my lady and I did up until about 9 pm, I was getting ready to exit the pool area in the back and a security guard approached me, remind you my lady just left the pool area to go back to the room and he told her have a goodnight.
