“Loved the beach, it’s like a private cove - we really enjoyed the rooms as well, clean and spacious. Our favorite part of the island, we decided to stay 2 more days. Staff extra helpful and kind, truly enjoyed our time with my husband. Would definitely recommend and return! Some of the reviews I read, I questioned, but we are so glad we choose to stay here. We went to check out other hotels and this was our favorite stay!! Thank you again for making our week long vacation unforgettable”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at these cottages! The cottages are very comfortable - we especially enjoyed how we had such easy access to the beach and restaurant yet still felt like you were away from hustle and bustle at the same time. We ended up having to extend our stay due to winter weather at home and Win was able to accommodate us last minute in another unit, which was equally as comfortable and it was so appreciated by us not have to stress about finding new lodging after our flights……

“We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!”

“Our host was welcoming and available. The house is as pictured. The property is clean and beautiful. All amenities from kitchen to pool are fulfilling. Cane Bay is lovely and the sea is gorgeous. The advice of AWD or 4-wheel to reach the house is sound. Amazing overall. This place is a gift to be shared. ”

“The view was nice and the house was spacious. Well equipped with utensils, cookware, toilet paper, shampoo, etc...The only downside was the cleanliness. Being that so many reviewers mentioned how clean the home was, I feel housekeeping may have had an off day when they prepared the house. The insides of the kitchen drawers were especially dirty and the top of the refrigerator had a lot of mouse droppings. The hot tub also had an issue with losing water so we were unable to use it but we……

“The beach is with-in easy walking distance of the house. You can easily see the ocean through the trees and easily hear it. The king bed was super comfortable. The restaurant in the same parking lot as the house was one of the best out of all that we tried. The laundry works and is up the hill just a little ways. While you're waiting, there's a really nice place to sit and look at the ocean. Rick dove with the dive shop here almost every day and they are amazing! ”

“Beautiful property! We stayed in the one bedroom cottage which was next to the owners’ home. We loved our stay - the house had absolutely everything we needed - plenty of towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, great WiFi. Loved having coffee in the morning and evening drinks while looking at the view and listening to the waves crash. The 2 patios (upper and lower - right on the rocky beach) were great and also perfect for star gazing at night ”

“After having lived on St. Croix for 8 years, we think the north shore is the most beautiful part of the island and Cane Bay Cottage is the perfect place to experience it. The view is stunning, the location feels private, the Cottage is very comfortable. The owners were kind and responsive and they really created a pleasant experience from the booking to a wonderful concierge, Annabel; to super comfy beds; and to most anything we needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay at Cane Bay Cottage……
