“Very poor check-in, arrival process at 8 pm. Most things closed, Main Lobby a 15 minute walk away from the ferry arrival location. They need to have staff at the desks near the ferry to help with check-in and check-out. But overall a very nice resort with good beach and pool and good taxi service. Food options are pretty good but service is slow in the evenings. Like the ease of the ferry/shuttle service to and from the resort/airport. Appreciate the washer/dryer and the supplies provided with……

“Has issues with the ceiling leaking. Went to use the laundry and washer didn’t work after it took our money. The shower was a bit small. The view from the balcony was not what it was in pictures. The host is very polite and helpful. And the bedrooms were a decent size and comfortable beds. Parking was limited.”

“We spent 7 days at the Saint. It was so relaxing. There are several small pools to hang out in. The main pool has a bar and a great view. We had Sunday brunch there and it was yummy, especially the mimosa with fresh squeezed juice. The staff was great too. Very helpful and informative.”

“The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The room was first class. It was clean, had great amenities, and the view was beyond words. It could not be more convenient to everything in Cruz Bay. The staff was 5 star by any standard. The only bad thing was that I had to leave and go back to work the next day.”

“My wife and I stayed at 'Villa Poinciana' at The Hills for five nights for our 10th anniversary. The Hills location is far enough off the beaten path that there was not much noise or vehicle traffic in our area, yet close enough to be very convenient to get into Cruz Bay via a quick taxi ride of about five minutes. Though not far from town, I would not advise walking into Cruz Bay from this location, as the roads are quite steep with little room on either side of the road for foot traffic in……

“Absolutely perfect location for our stay on St John this week! House was clean, AC was cool and kitchen had all amenities for prepping meals to take on a day adventure or stay in and cook. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to be close to Cruz Bay with easy access to main roads leading around the island, but away from the crowds. ”
