While there isn’t much in walking distance we chose Sebastian’s to be on the quieter side of the island and it was perfect. The staff shuttled us to and from Smugglers Cove and accommodated all our wants. Bingo and Karaoke was a pleasant surprise at dinner our first night.

Very enjoyable place to stay in Tortola. Nice clean comfortable rooms. Good restaurant and bar. Beautiful location right up against the surf. Only downside was the rocks all over the small shore. No easy way to get into the water near the property. Smugglers cove was the nearest beach, but worth the 10 min drive down a dirt road.

We loved our stay! Enjoyed the immensely friendly staff, great food and bar, and comfortable room. Special shout-out to Malcom, who helped us get to/from some beach time and offered some great insights into life on the island. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful area on the beach. The hotel is on a windier side of the island, so there are not a lot of swimmers - you will see surfers. The hotel and rooms are clean. They were very attentive to any requests we made. They have a nice restaurant. It is reasonably priced for Tortola.

The hotel is well located and the room was clean, but unfortunately the service was one of the worst I’ve experienced, and it completely overshadowed the stay. On my first night, I was seated at the restaurant, ordered a beer, and then waited 25–30 minutes trying to get the attention of the waitress to order food. Multiple staff members looked at me and ignored me. I eventually had to stand up and go to the counter where the computers were just to place my order. The next morning at breakfast was worse. I sat down, said good morning, and asked if breakfast was being served. The waitress handed me menus but then served the American guests at the table next to me first, even though they arrived after me. After waiting again, I stood up and asked why I wasn’t being served, and whether it was because I’m Latino. She said the table was not hers and someone else would come. Another waitress was then called to serve me. What made this especially uncomfortable is that the original waitress then proceeded to serve all other nearby tables except mine. I was the only guest in that area being served by someone different, which made the situation feel very obvious and dismissive. While the property itself is fine, the service made me feel unwelcome and somewhat discriminated against as a Latin American guest. Because of this, I would seriously reconsider staying here again and would advise other Latino travelers to do the same unless service standards improve.

Quiet boutique hotel felt like home away from home with our #7 room. Coffee and breakfast from the restraunt walked down in pajamas (again very comfortable) to order to go so we could enjoy on our balcony was unforgettable. Walks to Aukies for fresh smoothies, fresh fruit stand with amazing avocado’s across the street from accommodation. Beaches within walking distance/we drove as the hills were a bit uncomfortable with the local traffic driving very fast.
Although we didn’t swim at resort due to rocky beach the location is unbeaten.

The room is next to the bar with a d.j. whose music is rattling my bones. There's no point turning on the television because you can't hear it over the thumping bass. We had a long travel day so just wanted a hotel for a good night's sleep. It would be quieter in the middle of Times Square.
