「The location was absolutely stunning. Pictures do not do justice! The only thing I can suggest is communication could be better. We had an emergency where we needed to contact the property. We could not get in contact with anyone for a few hours. The only means of good communication was through the messaging system on Expedia. This is not a 5 star hotel where all the dishes match so if you need that, there are many other guests waiting in line ... but we loved it and will definitely be back. 「We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!」

「Our host was great. Great communicator! The house was very comfortable, clean and decorated so nicely. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the pool was not in great condition. In our hosts defense, I didn't ask about it being cleaned or water added. We didnt spend very much time at the house during the day so it didnt matter. The house was lovely. Thank you!」
