“If you’re staying at the villas or treehouses, just know they’re doing construction (as of Feb 2025), which can be annoying if you plan to stay at your villa between 8:30 AM and 4 PM. Don’t get me wrong this surroundings and areas beautiful and the service is mostly great. Will definitely come again to give it a second chance! ”

“We had a terrific stay at Lameshur Cottages. The location is perfect for visiting the south side beaches and enjoying the beauty of St. John away from crowds. We stayed n one of the container units which was very comfortable with great AC. The property is charming, and the common area kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you need to cook—stove, grill, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, etc. Bill was extremely helpful with information about snorkeling and restaurants. “Calichi Point has been on my places to stay for many years and we finally decided to book our trip to St. John and our stay. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend staying here! The drive up (and down) is on some very windy roads but the view is breathtaking and the privacy can't be beat! With 75% of the island being a National Park, we took advantage of some hiking that led us to some pretty amazing beaches!! Dining is quite limited so plan to stock up on groceries and enjoy eating on your patio each……

“We absolutely adored our stay at the Peter Bay Gatehouse, Penthouse! It was one of the best places we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. “Great views, wonderful natural setting sleeping with the trees!”

“I loved my stay at the Lameshur Cottage and Campsite! The host was very kind and messaged me back quickly if I needed help. My favorite part was the outdoor kitchen and shower. I even seen deer on the property ! I will definitely be back.”

“We really enjoyed our stay - from the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the tops of the trees that covered the valley behind the house. We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings.”

“I somehow missed the part that the toilet was about 50 yards away from the container.I also missed the part that it was a “peekaboo shower“ in the outdoor kitchen area (40 yards away), with a view of the owners front porchBeing retired military, with several overseas visits, that was not a problem for me.My wife was a little bit more delicate and refused to use the shower ”

“Awesome”

“Nicely appointed, clean and well-maintained property. Far enough away on quiet street for very safe feeling, yet only 5 minutes drive to restaurants and grocery store. Only 10-12 minutes from north shore beaches. Property manager quickly responded to questions, otherwise she lets you be. Great overall and highly recommend.”

“Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. Warning, it is hard to find and the driveway is very steep, but she gave us excellent directions and any……

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa in Coral Bay. The absolute best views!! The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Loved having beach chairs/towels provided. I'm already dreaming of going back. Close proximity to a few really good restaurantes (Johnny lime is amazing, skinny legs good bar food), and Calabash market (we bought fresh fish and grilled it at the villa). 10/10 would recommend staying here! ”

“The property was great, very clean and updated. It doesnt have a view of the water, we were only staying one night, so it didnt matter to us. If you dont care about a view of the water this 4 room condo is excellent. Its very quiet and lots of wildlife in the trees.”

“It was clean and had an amazing view ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Fish Tales. What a special property! The views were stunning and we enjoyed being out on the deck so much. The kids loved the mini pool and that they had the downstairs to themselves each with their own bed. We cooked every meal in the kitchen except for one dinner out. It worked well. The master bedroom had beautiful views and was so relaxing. We thought being able to walk out our door and hike down to Reef Bay Beach was pretty cool! One day we walked from the……

“Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views on the quieter side of the island. Property has lovely gardens, beautiful to see and very attractive to birds (one of our key interests). We saw 18 “life” species on the island, 14 of which we saw from the expansive deck. Hosts were very personable, with good recommendations on places to bird, eat and snorkel. It helped that they had snorkel equipment and beach towels for our use. Property was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay.……
