We enjoyed many happy hour sunsets from our private balcony watching ferries and sailboats as they came and went from the harbor, then walked the short 2 block walk to the wharf area for our choice of fine restaurants, bars, live music, cruz bay nightlife or shopping. Perfect location for our 5-night vacation.

Great location with lovely view over the bay and short walk to town, restaurants, taxis to beaches, etc. Spacious room. Good swimming and snorkeling off their platform (can rent equipment from their shop) as well as nice pool with decks overlooking the bay.

My wife and I stayed in an Ocean Upper in May 2026. It was a very high level resort experience. The grounds are lushly landscaped and impeccably maintained. We did not use the pool, but it is beautiful and has several levels of seating from which to watch the sea and the sunsets. Our room was in great condition and very clean. We had amazing sunset views from our balcony, and the furnishing were high quality. The stairs to the bedroom are relatively steep, so a lower level unit would be better for guests with limited mobility. Parking is very limited, but a staff member is available to help move cars that might be parked 2 deep. The close proximity to north shore beaches and Cruz Bay dining was great.

We had a wonderful time Gallows Point in Apr 2026. They were waiting for us at the dock at Cruz Bay when we arrived and took us to the resort. Check in was easy and they took our luggage to the room. The condo was very nice and clean and the view of Cruz Bay was gorgeous. We sat on the deck each morning with our coffee. They provided chairs and beach towels and fresh filtered water. If we needed anything they were prompt and helpful. The resort is very nice and well kept. Grounds are beautiful. Pool area and views are stunning. Location is perfect as we could walk to all the restaurants and shop. Store on sight had snorkeling gear for rent which was fantastic and reasonable. Highly recommend this resort.

Picturesque beyond belief! 5 minute walk to town with shopping , restaurants and taxis. We didnt need a car for dining and used taxis for the beaches. Our room was spacious with excellent views of the harbor and a fully functional kitchen. The gym was small and musty, we didn't use it when normally it's part of our routine. They offered use of beach chairs and towels every day. People snorkeled right in back of the property The staff was quick to respond to any needs We will stay again!

Kids and I had a great time. The resort was perfect for what we wanted; close proximity to Cruz Bay for walks into town for dinner, shopping, etc, but also easy to take a quick excursion in the rental car (rental place on-site) and, although the lot was often crowded, the resort provided the option to double-park and leave the keys with the front desk for them to move later, which was nice. The only small nitpicks for the week were that little things like pool noodles should probably be included, considering the amount you're paying for the resort, rather than have a rental fee associated with them. Another small nitpick is that we did try to grill out for a few dinners. Obviously it was not an often-used part of the resort, as it was teeming with chickens and stray cats, and a pretty dirty screen porch with lots of turned-over patio chairs. All that said, every other part of the resort was super clean and well-kept, and the pool and diving dock (great snorkeling!) were great too. I do want to make special mention of two staff members who were so sweet and kind to me and my kids: Sheena and Marsha, who both went above and beyond helping my 14-year old daughter with a bad sunburn. Marsha helped us find some natural aloe, which helped a lot, and Sheena also went above and beyond trying to help us care for the burn without breaking the bank, and providing a little something for us to remember the trip. Thanks so much! We hope to be back someday!
