“We had a junior suite with balcony. The room was clean and spacious, had a little sitting area which served as storage space for luggage etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable with clean bedding. Staff was friendly and helpful and always there to help. However, there was only one towel in the room and we had to request one, was not ideal after 5h travelling and wanting to get a shower. The biggest issue for us was the location. It was based on a main road and we found it incredibly noisy. We……

“I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. ”

“I paid through Expedia for a room described as grand apartment and the listing showed photos of the room ….when we arrived the room we were given it was from a lower category. I looked on Expedia and the exact photos of the room we were given on Expedia showed a lower price (and listed as a different category) than I paid. When asked if we were given wrong room they said all rooms were same category and same price so not sure why I paid more for what i received…was a bit disappointed as I……
