“I have been contacted by the hotel via WhatsApp right after my online booking. The hotel gave me very clear and easy follow instruction for self-check in as I arrived after 8pm. The property is very well located in Bari, within walking distance to everything. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and overall the experience was good.

“I have been in hotels all over the world and the staff at this hotel was incredible. They went over and above any need one might have. Great breakfasts. Great atmosphere and food. Good entertainment also. Staff at the desk was ready to fill any need. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool on the roof. But this hotel is beautiful and well located.
