"The room is very dated (a little like an old granny’s room).
Of course you get what you pay for and this was Messe time …
Still, it would be good to give the rooms a minimal upgrade.
The very limited staffing of the reception (4 hours per day only) is also not very welcoming.

"I had a fantastic stay at Essential by Dorint in Düsseldorf. The hotel is brand new, having opened just two months ago, and it truly shows. The entire facility is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. There’s also an on-site bar and restaurant, both of which served very good food and added great convenience to the stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again....
