We absolutely loved our stay here — from ease of check-in, to the coziness of the house, to the unique touches in the kitchen and bathroom — the host made us feel at home. Major bonus points for proximity to a lovely beach, several excellent restaurants (and great recommendations from the host team), and overall feeling of safety in the community.

The small round bowl

Definitely a vacation home. Very clean and the motif fit the location. Very well set up for visitors. The only problem was the toilet. It fit the bathroom, just not my large frame. Maybe the description should include not made for large people.

Compact but powerful

We had a fantastic time at the cottage. We were coming from a family event in another state and found that even though this house was smaller in size, it was far better stocked with well-thought out amenities and helpful items for having a great stay. (One example: The other house lacked any place to hang a towel; we marveled that this house has a half-dozen different hooks or towel bars readily available for use.) The A/C worked really well despite it being a 90-degree heat wave.We found Jenna and Tony to be incredibly helpful in promptly answering questions. Additionally, we accidentally left an item behind and they went above and beyond to reunite it with us. We could not have been happier with our choice of houses to stay.

4 night stay

Just returned from my trip. The cottage was adorable and clean, well stocked and the owners were available if I needed them. The beach was a short walk up the road, but I was disappointed that the beach is all sectioned off with private beaches. The beach at the end of the road was the width of the one way road the cottage was on. I assumed that was for anyone on the side road where the cottage sits. Not sure how it is at busy times, but at least nobody was on the beach and it was peaceful - maybe because when I went, renters were done with vacation and focused on school? The scenery was breathtaking. It felt like a safe area. I did walk back to the beach and once I accepted the private beaches situation, it was very nice. No parking, however, so you have to walk to the beach, but it's not far - about 8 houses down. Restaurants are close and very good. The center of town (also close by, but not within walking distance) had a concert series happening with little shops in the downtown area, including an ice cream shop that was excellent! There is no Handicap access for this property and it would be tough for an elderly person or someone with a disability, including not having grab bars in the bathtub/shower. Overall it was quiet, felt safe and it was quaint and clean. I would definitely go back again! The area has a lot to offer and the location is perfect.
