"We really enjoyed our stay. It was very family-friendly with plenty to do, and both kids and adults had a great time. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The place had everything we needed, including cutlery, plates, cups, and bowls. The outdoor BBQ area was a highlight—very clean with plenty of seating, making it perfect for relaxed family dinners outside. There were also activities available, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and we’d happily stay again."

"The place looked abandoned & not open. Absolutely zero communication from the host about checkin process. The property had no access, was surrounded by a high wall & had high grass surrounding it on all sides. I repeat - it looked abandoned & very sketchy. My husband decided not to even stay there because it did not look to be in a safe area. We went to the Hilton Doubletree instead, which is a lovely hotel in Alice. I cannot recommend anything at all about VATU Sanctuary. "

"Nice apartment, floor could have been cleaner, lovely comfy bed and plenty of equipment etc. pool was closed due to flooding which was disappointing but obviously couldn’t be helped. "

"The apartment is very conveniently located close to town and tourist attractions, with beautiful views of the Macdonnell Ranges and The Gap. Excellent WiFi, but limited access to streeming chanels. The front of the property, the balcony and the bath tab look uninviting and neglected. The front security gate broken."
