This was a fantastic find, as a last minute booking. I'd arrived at the hotel I originally booked in Visby, but when it turned out to be a cross between a backpackers hostel & Fawlty Towers(!), I was swiftly back online to cancel that and book somewhere decent...and this place was fabulous. Located in the stunning south east of the island, it was a great base to explore the whole island. I had a beautiful duplex-style room, with my bedroom on a mezzanine, under which was a huge, modern bathroom (a hard find in rural Sweden it turns out!), and a great big lounge area, so it was the perfect place to base myself for a longer stay. The couple who own the hotel & the rest of the staff were charming. The onsite restaurant is superb, as is the breakfast, with lots of homegrown & homemade produce. The hotel and rooms are arranged around a quadrangle, and sitting with a coffee or breakfast, relaxing amongst the fig & apricot trees, herb planters, and grape vines, in the late summer sun, you could be in the Mediterranean! It's super quiet, set amongst pine trees, and only a short walk from the sea.

Väldans varmt på rummen då vi var där. (v 26) Upplevde frukostpersonalen som något "för mycket." De pratade på trots att man visade tydligt att man inte var intresserad. Kände oss lite övervakade när vi hämtade frukost. En väldigt lugn och harmonisk omgivning.

Hotellet är fantastiskt fint och ligger lugnt i en skogsdunge men med havet en kort promenad bort. Vi åt en god grillbuffé och på morgonen serverades en god frukost med det mesta man önskar. Enda lilla minuset är sängarna som är mjukaste laget men det är ju individuellt.

Högklassigt designhotell med familjär känsla

Lyxigt nybyggt hotell som ändå smälte in i platsen och naturen. Vi bodde i snygga bekväma rum. Saknade inget. Fanns ingen tv - men det saknade vi som sagt ej. God och lokalproducerad mat. Engagerade ägare som själva arbetade på hotellet och berättade om områdets historia och sevärdheter.

Mysigt hotell på sydöstra Gotland

Mysigt hotell med hög standard, ligger vackert i en gles tallskog nära till havet. Trevligt värdpar och personal som gör det där lilla extra för en. Mycket bra mat som till största del är från närområdet och en riklig frukost med bröd från traktens bageri och en massa härliga frukter.
