「The hotel had a terrible gas smell. The sump pump went out due to storm and the order was unbearable. Prior to the storm the Oder was bad. The staff was nice. The room was clean.」

But that is very I'm professional and no privacy. How can you open the door, but 2nd morning they do the same thing again. I don't think it is okay. This really need to change it. 「Very unhappy with management! I booked on 7/4/26 because my family lost power and it was during a heat wave. I expected fully air conditioned rooms at the hotel but was left with 2 rooms that did not have functioning ac units. My children and I were hot the entire night.
