“Clean just little smell in the room however everything was clean and Poole very nice and helpful all the time near restaurants and lot parking… breakfast is a plus coffee all day!!!”

“They never clean the air conditioner. When I turned on the heating, the dust inside was scorched by the heating wire. There was a strong burning smell. I didn't dare to turn on the heating. I was afraid it would catch fire.”

“The building itself is old. Our shower tub had a big crack that they covered with caulking. So it needs repair and updating. The room itself was clean and tidy with plenty of pillows. The continental breakfast was very nice with a good spread of items each day. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend.”

“The hotel was under renovation and didn’t have the correct name on the sign so I was confused . Check in was easy and staff was nice . Room looked newish , clean , & very spacious. Sadly there were a lot of roaches . Another family member had to leave the hotel due to the amount of roaches in their room . Although my room looked clean , while getting settled down , we ran into a couple of roaches as well . Brought the roach situation up to front desk at check out and they were aware of the……
