“We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and well-equipped for groups or families. We especially appreciated the large tables, games, and thoughtful touches that made it ideal for spending time together. “This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5……

“Really enjoyed my stay at Areca House. I was there solo for a vacation; however, it would be fine too for a couple. Great location to the beach (just across the street), as well as close to restaurants (within walking distance). It was great to enjoy Garifuna places of interest (wonderful food, etc.). Doc responded quickly to my initial inquiries, and Janette provided a helpful introduction to the place after I arrived. Would recommend Areca House!”
