“We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful townhome at Sunset Point. We have 2 boys who especially enjoyed fishing from the docks and along the canal. This location has become our favorite in Placencia for many reasons. The townhome was furnished with everything needed and the communication with both the owners as well as the caretaker was easy and much appreciated. “Very Clean and well maintained grounds. The Apartment was beautifully decorated with beautiful views and close to the pool. Its very safe here and there is a friendly and helpful staff. Close to groceries and villages but just far enuff away from them also. The Beach area is nice and the waters are swimmable which is not always the case here. Id definitely stay here again when in the area! A car or golf cart probably needed if staying here to get to things, but easy driving even from……

“We booked this property for a multigenerational family trip and it was amazing. Great amount of space, nice beach and pool with games and activities. Nellie did a wonderful job keeping the property clean and neat. Edwin was fabulous, very responsive and attentive to any property needs we had during the week. “The condos and the surrounding area were top notch. We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked our own meals which we purchased from the store about a 5 minute drive with the golf cart we rented. We had the kitchen stocked and ready for us when we arrived with everything we requested for that night and the next morning which was amazing as it was a long travel day for us.
