Family Vacation

This was a beautiful spot. It was a great mix of modern decor and fun lake-themed accents. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the nautical rope railing. The hot tub was great. We had a great time exploring the area. I would stay there again.

Nice but needs some updates

We booked this unit for a family trip while we were dropping our son off at school. We had a few issues from the start as the key was not in the lockbox upon our arrival. Also, the hot tub was not ready to be used as it needed to be cleaned and refilled. We lost one day of usage because of this. The few other issues we had were upon looking at the original photos of the unit it shows the summertime view in the back having a dual swing and a picnic table with umbrella. These amenities were not there or available upon our check-in, which we feel was a little bit of a misrepresentation as we were looking to spend as much time as we could outside. The biggest issue we had was the beds were very uncomfortable. The king size bed that my wife and I slept in was nothing but a boxspring with a 2-3 inch foam pad on top which was very uncomfortable. Also, the bedsheet did not fit properly and would Bunch up while sleeping. Also, there was an Also, there was a stain On the comforter of our bed. Our guest complained about the beds that they were sleeping in as well saying that they were very uncomfortable and too soft. Some of the utensils in the kitchen were dirty and still had food on them along with the gas grill, not being cleaned. One of the biggest issues was that at 7:00 in the morning for 2 days there was construction going on next door. They need to adjust only providing one towel per person as that is not adequate for 6 people. The front door needs to have a window blind on it so that the front porch light does not shine through the window all night long as it is very bright. One of our biggest concerns was the railing leaving to downstairs. It is very loose and not attached to the wall. Anyone staying there with kids might have an issue with this. The unit does have a beautiful view of the lake and the paddle boards and canoe were fun to use. Overall, with a few changes and upgrades, this unit could be ideal!

Le chalet était super avec toutes les commodités dont on avait besoin. L'emplacement au bord du lac avec les couleurs d'automne ce weekend était magnifique. Nous avons profité d'aller faire une rando à 20 minutes de voiture. Je recommande!
