“The room, bathroom and kitchen were all clean comfortable. The location is close to corner stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this location to others.”

“Very nice place and great communication throughout. ”

“Overalll good experience, but it was not without its problems: Internet/Wifi dropout, occasionally no hot water. Host did a good job of rectifying these issues.”

“The place was clean and the owner always responded to any questions I had. The parking is in a very tight spot so don’t have any thing bigger than a car. And there’s no other parking around the place. ”

“Very cute place. Kitchen and bath both updated. Very close to Chapman. Great having laundry too. Very communicative and helpful. Enjoyed getting to know Santa Ana too.”

“The location is nice, close to restaurants and Disney. the only issue we had was the floor was a little dirty. When wearing no shoes or just our socks around the location, our feet and white socks were black on the bottom after an hour of walking around.”

“Even though this is obviously managed by a corporate/ property manager, communication was atrocious. Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. And the VRBO messaging system was then blamed for the delay. The apartment itself was fine and reasonably comfortable, but badly stocked for a managed property. No pool towels were provided even though the description makes a big deal about not……

“Nice, spacious room, perfectly comfortable. The shops and restaurants around the area were fun to walk to. ”

“Parking is a little tight and limited to only 1 car.”

“Easy parking. Clean.”
