「The owner of the house, Colleen was like an angel. My grandmother lived in the same neighborhood as Sunnyside and I had no idea and I know she would be happy that I ended up in the Hands of such a beautiful soul. She cooks like an amazing southern chef and is so hospitable. She has two very friendly and beautiful dogs and makes you feel right at home. I came for a family reunion and I think I added to the family! My husband and I are extremely happy and we can’t wait to come back!」

「This property is in dire need of maintenance and repairs. One of the two elevators was broke, the ice machine on floor two was broken and our bed needs to be replaced. I compare this hotel to the one we stayed in at Gulfport. It just doesn’t measure up. Staff was very accommodating. They got us extra chairs for our room as the room only comes with one chair.
