「It served our purpose after our backpacking trip, so I don’t have obvious complaints but the stay was not that comfortable. The property is located in an unattractive neighborhood. Could use more maintenance and cleaning. The staff was helpful.」

「The hotel is conveniently located and the staff was helpful. For the first time in all the hotels I’ve stayed in I was charged 25 dollars for parking. The 15 dollar buffet was meager and the check had a 3 dollar service fee, then added a line for additional gratuity. The switches on the side table lamps by the bed didn’t work so, I had the maintenance man turn them on. I had to unscrew the bulbs to turn them off. If you want to be nickeled and dimed endlessly, this the hotel for you.」

「The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.」
