“Ein tolles Haus mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und phänomenalem Blick. Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend enorm hilfreich und enorm hilfreich. Wir waren ohne eigenem Auto unterwegs, was mit diesem Objekt problemlos möglich war (aber Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden). Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, nochmal hierher zu kommen.”

“Es ist eine einfache saubere Unterkunft. Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet! Die Schlafräume sind eher einer Wanderhütte zuzuordnen. Leider ist der Schornsteinabzug irgendwie nicht dicht. Es ist immer ein Geruch von Ruß im Raum. Gut, und die Kabel zur Küche sind auch nicht gerade standardgerecht. Aber alles in allem weiterzuempfehlen. Besonders die Lage ist echt top. Super essen im Bauernhof 150m hinter den Ruffre Seen gelegen. Sehr schöne Abendwanderung entlang des Radwegs. Mit Kindern sehr zu……

“Gemütliche Hütte, sehr urig und verwinkelt. Ein kleines Manko, wenig Platz zum verstauen der eigenen Sachen. Da wir nur 8 Personen waren, mussten wir das Zimmer im Keller nicht benutzen.Fußläufig (500m) am Skilift. Das Auto konnte stehen bleiben.”

“This is a lovely home tucked away in the foothills just outside downtown Bolzano. The home is gorgeously decorated and well-appointed. We loved how quiet it was an all of the outdoor space. Be prepared to walk about 3 minute from the main road up a slight hill to get to the house itself. Andrea was a lovely host. Would definitely stay again! ”

Die Lage ist perfekt, um Wanderungen direkt vor der Haustür zu starten (Karer See, Latemar, Steinlabyrinth, Paulinahütte, etc.) und die Aussicht ist dank der Vielzahl von Balkonen und Terrassen in alle Richtungen beeindruckend.Der angrenzende Bauernhof erzeugt mit seinen Pferden, Schafen und Kühen zusätzlich ein "natur pur" Gefühl und trotz der Nähe gab es zu keiner Zeit Geruchsbelästigungen.Auch die Ausstattung……

“We fell in love with Sudtirol ! The house and location were absolutely perfect. Every amenity and luxury you can think of. The view, the quiet and clean air are priceless. The location is fantastic as well. Easy walk to St. Paul for food and groceries however the highlight of this property is for sure Martina, the owner. She was so helpful with recommendations and they were all spot on. Truly kind and warm in every way, making our stay special. We will be coming back for sure for a longer stay!!……
