The beautiful Villa Harpocrates is located between Stari Grad and Vrboska, near the villages of Basin and Mudri Dolac on the sunny island of Hvar. Villa Harpocrates is situated 800 metres from the sea on a plot of 8500 m². It is named after the Greek god of silence, as guests of the villa are guaranteed complete privacy and absolute tranquillity. The beautiful property of Villa Harpocrates is rich in stone terraces, Mediterranean herbs, olive trees, pomegranates, lemons, oranges and clementines, pears, figs, kiwis, cherries and apples, vines and various vegetables. In the centre of this paradisiacal estate there is a beautiful central house with a living area of 120 m² and three smaller stone houses with a total of 76 m². The central house consists of an underground wine cellar, a spacious ground floor and a first floor attic. The ground floor of the main house consists of a fully equipped, charming kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a fireplace in an open-plan space. There are also two spacious bedrooms with double beds on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. There is also a separate WC for guests to use. On the top floor of the main house you will find two further bedrooms with double beds. Both rooms have their own bathroom, one with a built-in shower cubicle and the other with a bathtub. If required, the main house can sleep a further 4 people on two extra beds and the sofa in the living room. In the first small stone house there is a second fully equipped kitchen as well as an antique fireplace and a stone wood-burning stove. Here you can prepare fresh meals and home-baked bread for your family and friends. If that's not your thing, a person can be present in the villa to prepare your meals for you. This particular cottage also has the function of a summer kitchen and its dining room can seat up to 10 people. In the second cottage there is a bathroom with shower, washing machine, ironing board and other amenities. The gallery serves as accommodation for the estate's butler. In the third stone cottage there is a fifth bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. On the fully fenced grounds of Villa Harpocrates there is a beautiful swimming pool (28 m², 1.5 m deep) surrounded by stone terraces, sun loungers and comfortable garden furniture. Guests of the villa also have a private car park at their disposal.
