The woman that checked us in was outstanding, helped us upgrade our room. The room was clean, beautiful, and housekeeping did a great job each day. We were somewhat disappointed that one of the coffee shops always seemed to be out of something, something not working so they couldn't complete an order, one issue after another. The only other issue was with our room, not the room itself, but we asked for a late check out and had to pay to stay a couple hours longer. Understandable, but right a 10:00am maintenance started banging unbelievably loud above our room, so loud we just decided to leave, so much for paying to stay longer.
