“This is a great base for skiing Mammoth Mountain. The location is close to groceries, restaurants, ski shops. It is just a short drive to our favorite parking area. We did not try the shuttle. The condo is a little long in the tooth, but serves the purpose at a reasonable price. The place could use some maintenance on the heat and plumbing. ”

“The property was warm, clean, and had everything we need like from towels to appliances. Jess was extremely fast to respond to any questions. Walked to the mammoth coffee shop a 3 minute walk away which was the best start to the day!”

“This is a nice condo with a wood fireplace, deck, and underground parking. It’s a 10 minute walk to Eagle lodge, and the hot tubs were very close. Nice room at a good rate.”

“Beds very uncomfortable - mattress and couch hide a bed need to be replaced. Otherwise a nice spot, amenities, location and liked manager communications.”

“Had a great family snowboarding vacation to mammoth. Great location, very easy to get to eagle on the green line. Bus stop right out front of the condo complex. Condo was clean and smelled nice. Comfortable beds and amenities were good. Would definitely be back.”

“We loved staying here. Beautiful condo! One item, several of the electrical plugs do not work, and/or they're so loose the plugs nearly fall out of them. Owner might want to go around the condo and check every plug.”

“Great location with easy hill-shuttle acess”

“The unit was great and the owners had stocked the kitchen with some of the needed accessories (ground coffee, sugar, peanut butter, and the such) so we didn't have to buy those. The parking was not assigned, but there was plenty close by. I'm not happy having to deal with VRBO, but I didn't have a choice.”

“We had a wonderful stay in February 2023. The property has all the amenities and is right across the the shuttle stop that goes to Eagle lodge, which was very convenient. We were able to quickly get in touch with the property manager about laundry access and extending our stay when roads were closed on our last day. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again.”

“The property was tucked away in a quiet community, it is a little bit of a walk to the bus stop (green line to Eagle lodge maybe 5-10 min with the kiddos) it is also walking distance to the red line and night trolley. There were plenty of pots and pans and extra blankets for snuggling on the couches. The property management company was very responsive to our questions. I also did not enjoy the app they have you use. The company says to refer to the app for different information, and it is really……

“We stayed to ski. The red line shuttle was a close walk using the #10 stop to the Village then Main lodge. Green line which goes to Eagle a little longer walk-a little more than 5 minutes. Ryan was reliable in returning communications and providing information. The futon was comfortable. The kitchen was adequate in size. The only minor issue may be the wall heaters were a bit old. Overall, I think the unit was fairly priced and is ideal if you are willing to ride the shuttle to Mammoth.”
