訂了兩間主題套房，竟然被安排在不同樓層，由於有小朋友，這樣的安排很不方便，職員態度冷淡，原本沒有提供任何協助，直至我據理力爭要求之後，才給了一個折衷方案，就是給我們一間，租金平一大截的相連普通房。然而，酒店方面沒有安排退回差價，甚至連早餐這些優惠也不願意給。執拾房間的水準差劣，竟然有使用過的毛巾仍然遺留在地上，沒有替換新毛巾，使用過的化妝棉也沒有補給。

The house was large for Europe, the host, Carolin, was very attentive and accommodating. The beds were arranged in an interesting manner to fit in 14 people, but it worked.
