Had some delays at checkin. Room was not ready. Staff was young and unsure how to handle delay (laundry problem - they were waiting on clean fresh laundry) Person that came to room to make up the bed was apologetic. All staff were pleasant but seemed a little overwhelmed. Perhaps this is an isolated incident. The room was fine clean but a bit outdated. I would go back, there are not a lot of options right in Phillipsburgh.

Come & stay.

My husband and I LOVED the Inn. We only wish this route was on a way we have to travel often. We will TOTALLY recommend it to anyone, and look for excuses to come here again!

The room was a good value for the price. An older motel, but was kept up. The restaurant attached to the motel had good food and the staff was nice. The heating unit in the room was very noisy when it was running. Overall, I was happy with our stay.

No coffee in the room and no access to any coffee or breakfast the next day. No staff on premises after 9pm or in the morning. I paid more because it was graduation weekend. The staff at the attached restaurant was no help regarding our stay at the hotel.

Hidden Gem Outside Happy Valley

Fantastic, clean, renovated motel just outside of Penn State University. Really enjoyed the fact that there was a full-service restaurant and bar on property, considering there weren't a ton of options for a good sitdown meal nearby.

We liked the decor and the staff was friendly. Being a coffee drinker, a small coffee pot would have been nice. Also, the room was very clean, but had a very strong bleach smell.
