"Despite a confirmed reservation that I showed at the reception desk, the receptionist said that it was not possible that we had a reservation, since they did not accept reservations through Expedia.
We had been looking forward very much to this glamping experience, but had to make a last minute reservation in another hotel.

"Room has large kitchen, great walk-in shower, study, bedroom. Parking was a breeze. It is a short walk to downtown areas of Toluca. Breakfast was served to the room - great Mexican fruit cake and a nice pot of coffee. Really great."

"My son and I had a great time visiting & exploring the area of Valle de Bravo & Avandaro for a long weekend. It's dreamy & quiet during the week, and heats up with lots of activity on Friday/Saturday. We enjoyed fishing, hiking, and of course eating and shopping. The house is gorgeous, well-appointed, comfortable. Be aware that it is NOT close to the center of Valle de Bravo - Avandaro is a different town and you will need to drive or take a taxi to get to Valle de Bravo. (I did not understand...
