“Despite a confirmed reservation that I showed at the reception desk, the receptionist said that it was not possible that we had a reservation, since they did not accept reservations through Expedia. We had been looking forward very much to this glamping experience, but had to make a last minute reservation in another hotel. Terrible experience.”

Anything I had an issue with in the apartment was sorted out immediatelyThe apartment was excellent, and the views to the lake were outstanding. The only issue I felt was the swimming pool which I paid to be heated at the weekends but it appeared that everyone at the shared pool had the benefit. Also there should be more sunloungers and parasols……
