"The hotel was new & very well built, which is not the case with all hotels on our trip. The bathroom was extra special with mirror lighting & heavy glass shower doors, along with excellent lighting in the bedroom. The lobby & seating area was spacious & comfortable to spend time outside of the hotel room. Staff was helpful & attentive. The only very small disappointment, given how nice everything else was, was having Dove brand hair & moisturizers & not a boutique type brand, because the hotel did feel more boutique-like than one's average, regular hotel."

"The house is not kept well/ major septic problem. On our first night, after we showered the house began to smell like raw sewage.I had put my daughter to bed in the bedroom below the bathroom and she woke up in the middle of the night nauseous and complaining of the odor in her room, it smelled like raw sewage.I contacted the owner and he did call me the next day to say he would come check it out/ drive 4 hours up in the afternoon. ( I assume he was planning to come after work) only after I complained to VRBO that this is a health hazard/ requires a plumber (not do it yourself issue) did he call to say a plumber would come.He did address the issue and it turned out the cesspool pump was not working at all.When we came back, the sewage odor was gone but the whole house smelled like febreeze. Strong fragrance. Although the sewage issue was addressed, it was a very disgusting experience. Overall, the house is not well maintained. It is very dusty, smells like febreeze, warped floors, peeling paint, doors and windows are difficult to open and close (not aligned.) I had mentioned not being able to close the window to the owner and he said I had to maneuver the window in a certain way to shut it. Same issue with the porch door, had to lift the door for the lock to align. The owner was pleasant and the location convenient to CASV but I would not recommend staying here bc of the condition of the house. "

"Colby was a fantastic host! The house was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Conveniently located close to town and just a short drive to All Star Village. I’ll definitely be reaching out to her again when my other son returns in two years!"

"This is a long drive back and forth to Dreams Park. No light bulbs in lamps, roaches and the smell of marijuana made for an unpleasant stay with family and parents. We immediately washed all bedding as it had a musty odor."

"12 of us extended family members attended and stayed at Team Elm. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. Each individual family had total privacy in our respective apartments but we were able to meet outside in the backyard for coffee each morning and for bringing dinner in each night. Just a short walk to Main Street and all it has to offer. Wonderful stay. "
