Great place to gather…

This was a perfect place for everyone in the extended family to have a bedroom and a bathroom along with a beautiful gathering place and kitchen upstairs.

Tahoe Winter Trip

A wonderful home with plenty of space for the 10 of us to spread out in. Beautiful area in a great neighborhood, super close to everywhere. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed for our week long stay. We didn’t get a response for the couple times we reached out about early check in & early check out but no major concerns. We had a fabulous time and would definitely come back!

Sherwood Christmas stay

Sherwood Avenue was such a wonderful Christmas experience for out family! We were 6 adults and 4 children (ages 9 months to 10 years old) and the house more than met our special individual needs. From a baby gate at the top of the stairs to warmed floors and plush carpeting, to a beautiful kitchen filled with modern appliances, dinnerware and cookware. Each bedroom was tucked away from each other which offered needed privacy and quiet. The views out our windows were amazing--a beautiful and serene neighborhood filled with gorgeous homes and tall pine trees. The location was very convenient to the South Lake Tahoe business area. Eddie, the property manager, answered questions through an email and a phone call. All in all, we were very pleased with the property and would like to return some day for another visit!

Perfect house for group of 10 adults and our doggo. Beds very comfortable, lots of space in kitchen/family room area for cooking while interacting. Weber gas grill works great. Location in quiet neighborhood with quick 5 min. drive to casinos, shopping, restaurants etc. There was a large ice chest/cooler in the garage - since we were going boating that was a good find, but we had already purchased one from Wally's.

Loved the cabin. Clean and very spacious. Not being able to check in until 4 is pretty lame for how pricey it was, though they are probably all like that. My only complaints are the garbage disposal was broken and leaked smelly water under the sink and we needed a handyman to fix it during the stay. The cookware (specifically the pans) are pretty banged up and scratched and should be updated. Overall super cozy. Great location, would certainly consider staying again.

Golf Tournament/Engagement

We had such an amazing trip and loved your property. The beds in this property were hands down the BEST we have ever had. We do this trip every year and this year we got a surprise engagement that no one knew was coming. Very special. In the primary there is a pillow with blood, my husband had a head wound that reopened. We are happy ton pay. Please advise
