「We really appreciated how the staff member came after dark when I put on my first comment to Expedia that the a/c wasn't working and room was hot. She knocked and offered to get it going. It was just a broken button but she said she didnt want us to be uncomfortable with the heat. Thank u」

「We booked intentionally for the advertised pool amenities...specifically the waterfall wading pool. We stayed a week. First half of the stay, 2/4 pools were closed. When they did open, the wading pool was just that...no waterfall. 「The location was great, loved the arcade and pub. Room was clean , spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was firm. Like all hotels today the guests are what let it down, shouting and loud all through the night, slept so late we missed breakfast due to the disruptions through the night.」
