Design of rectangular wash basin and water closet are less user friendly than the round one in other hotel, and easy to trap the water at the corner side of wash basin 2. There are a few dirt……

“Le Premier is an excellent hotel providing us with room upgrade to a suite, breakfast & dinner were well prepared and tasty. Complimentary use of sauna which helped my wife with her sore back from long plane ride. Great location and staff gave useful advice. The room was a bit warm from central temp. control. A high class hotel.”

“We stayed there for two nights and found the towel hanger had blood strain on the first day but they didn’t clean it throughout our stay! They won’t provide hair dryer which is quite unexpectable ”

“入住前幾天就會收到住宿和周邊觀光的相關資訊，當天我們提早到apartment，聯絡host不到10分鐘就來幫我們辦check in，而且很親切地跟我們介紹環境，最棒的是還幫我們升級到更大的街景房。apartment內設備很齊全、乾淨又舒服，4號電車就直接停在apartment的門口！Check out後還可以寄放行李，離開時我們本來要坐電車、機場巴士到Zagreb機場，但host建議我們搭uber更方便、更便宜，最後還幫我們叫好uber，真的是很貼心，很愉快的住宿經驗，非常非常推薦！”

“裝潢古典，旅館較老舊，没有更新。 1.床單破了，很舊。 2.浴巾舊了，泛黄、也破了。 3.浴室排水管道不通暢。 雖然乾淨，但是旅館應該注意這些必须用品的更新，不然會被淘汰。”

“酒店房間很乾淨，對面的餐廳同是一位老板，老板很友善，這間酒店已屬第五代，幾代都是廚師，這第五代老板還到過中國上電視表演克羅地亞美食。酒店基本上是一間整潔兼員工服務很好的酒店。除了早餐，竟發現冷盤的肉是發霉的，令我立時作嘔，4星的酒店太不能接受了。”
