Aankomst was prima.De vriendelijke man die de zaken regelde was efficiënt en sprak, behalve Frans en Engels zoals aangegeven, ook Vlaams. De accomodatie is uitstekend met o.a. televisie op alle kamers. Het sanitair is bijzonder goed. Een algemene klacht was dat de matrassen erg zacht waren. Een ander minpunt was dat de verlichting te wensen overliet waardoor lezen in bed moeilijk was. In de kroonluchters in de grotere vertrekken waren veel lampjes kapot. Gezien de tijd van het jaar met lange dagen was dat niet zo'n probleem,maar in de winter moet dat erg vervelend zijn.
