「Everything generally was ok. We arrived later than planned and wanted to get my daughter straight to bed. Most of the main lights in the room didn’t work, only bathroom and bedside lights. Reported to reception, she tried to change the main bulb, brought the wrong bulb then needed to get steps. Tried to replace a side light bulb instead, but could get them working. Asked her to give up so I could get my daughter to bed in the end.」

「What a gem of a hotel with plenty of character. This place has a spiritual vibe which is very calming and relaxing, Staff were very friendly and food was great loved the vintage type radio in the room gave a lovely relaxed feel.
