Our spaious Duplex is conveniently located between downtown and the ski resort and is truly 3-5 minute drive to all Steamboat has to offer. It’s close to restaurants, Steamboat Ski Resort, Howellsen Ski lift and X-Country trails, our lovely library, the tennis and pickleball center and everything else that goes on in Steamboat.
We have terrific views in three directions, overlooking quaint Steamboat Town, Emerald Mountain to the west, and the ski mountain from the master bedroom so you can check out conditions as soon as you awake.
The main floor Has is an open concept living area with fully stocked kitchen, dining area with table that seats 8, and the cozy living with gas fireplace and new smart TV with cable and a DVR. The master bedroom is 1/2 a flight up and has an extra long king bed. The en-suite bath has a tiled shower and a deep tub, great for a good soak after a long day on the mountain.
There is an additional living space upstairs in the loft. We use this space for an office, which has a full sized desk, WiFi and a printer. There is also a single sofa which can be used for sleeping. Just let us know so we can set out the bedding.
Downstair there are two more bedrooms, a full bath and laundry. One has a queen Bed with a cozy down comforter to snuggle under. The other has two XL twin beds, which are great for kids or taller adults.
There is an additional living space upstairs in the loft. We use it as an office which has a full sized desk, WiFi, and a printer. You are more than welcome to set up your computer and use this space. There is a single sofa to snuggle up on with a book, and can also be used for an nap or extra sleep spot. Just let us know so we can set out the bedding.
We offer one bay of the heated garage for your car so you you’ll have the comfort of a warm vehicle on freezing cold mornings, plus, you won’t have the hassle of scrapping ice and snow which often covers your car. The other bay is set up with a ski tunning bench with good lighting, and a has ample space for storing your equipment. Additionally, there are two parking spaces in front of the garage.
The 9’-12’ deck overlooks Town and has a full sized BBQ grill for you to use.
