This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo is perfect for enjoying all seasons in Steamboat. Located in The West Condos, the location is absolutely perfect for adult groups or families with children. You can walk to the base of the ski mountain in a few minutes, its closer than the knoll ski parking lot at the base of the mountain. Sit on your couch at night and watch the Fireworks at the base of Steamboat on the weekends or go grab food and drinks at the base of the mountain just a short walk away. The transit center at the base of the mountain is also about a 2 min walk which you can ride the free city buses downtown, to the grocery store, etc. The location is super convenient and very close to the base and lifts.

The Condo is newly furnished and updated. There is a King Bed in one of the bedrooms, the second bedroom has a Queen Bed and there is a Queen Sofa Sleeper with a memory foam mattress additional 2" mattress pad for added comfort.

THIER ARE STAIRS IN THE UNIT: The Bedrooms are on the upper level and the Kitchen and Living Room are on the lower level, so there are stairs in the unit.

Both bedrooms have their own flat screen TV. The kitchen and living room area is an open floor plan with a eat in bar top as well as a kitchen table that seats 6. The living room has a new Samsung 55" TV and sound bar for you to enjoy, sit down and relax after a long day of activities. The Condo has wireless internet and cable TV as well.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit.

There is a outdoor heated pool and 2 hot tubs just steps from your door. The unit has 2 parking passes for guests as well that is outdoor, so no height restrictions your vehicles.
